Introduction：
Potassium sorbate can effectively inhibit the activity of mold, yeast and aerobic bacteria,which Widely used in food, beverage, tobacco, pesticides, cosmetics and other industries.As an unsaturated acid, it is also used in the resin, fragrance and rubber industries.and it belongs to organic acid preservative.
Different amounts in different foods:
(1) Meat, fish, eggs and poultry products 0.075g/kg
(2) Fruit, vegetable preservation, carbonated drinks 0.2g/kg
(3) Collagen casings, low-salt pickles, sauces, preserves, fruit juice (flavor) drinks, jelly 0.5g/kg
(4) Concentrated juice 2.0g/kg in plastic drum for food industry
