Application
1.Mannitol is used for anti-sticking of maltose, chewing gum, rice cakes and other foods, and as anti-sticking powder for general pastries. Food grade mannitol can also be used as a low-calorie, low-sugar sweetener in commonly used foods for diabetics and bodybuilding foods.
